Description

Peanut Clusters in Slow Cooker is a delightful and easy Easter candy made by melting chocolate and peanuts together in a slow cooker, then cooling until set. Perfect for homemade holiday treats that require minimal effort.

  • 2 bags milk chocolate chips
  • 1 16 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup spring M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking sheets: Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and make a space for one or both of them in the refrigerator. Set aside.
  2. Mix ingredients: Add chocolate chips and peanuts to a slow cooker and mix.
  3. First heating: Place the cover on the slow cooker and set to low for 30 minutes. Stir well.
  4. Second heating: Recover and heat for another 30 minutes. Stir and chocolate should be completely melted.
  5. Form clusters and chill: Use a 2 tablespoon portion scoop to scoop chocolate and peanuts onto prepared baking sheets. Tuck candies into each dollop and refrigerate for 1 hour or until hard.
  6. Storage: Store loosely covered at room temperature or refrigerate covered.
