- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ladyfinger biscuits
- 1/2 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies (for base)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Dip ladyfinger pieces briefly in espresso mixed with coffee liqueur and shape into small rounds. Freeze until firm.
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light mousse.
- Line dome silicone molds with mousse, press a frozen coffee-soaked ladyfinger center into each, then top with more mousse to seal. Smooth the surface.
- Freeze domes for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Unmold and place each dome on a chocolate cookie base. Let thaw slightly in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Before serving, dust tops with cocoa powder and garnish with mint leaves.
