Meatballs:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup (or barbecue sauce)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a casserole pan or glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare Meatballs: In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into small meatballs (1 – 1 ½ inches). Place in prepared baking dish.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and vinegar. Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
