- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg (for filling)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, ricotta, garlic, 1 egg, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into two rectangles.
- Spoon filling along one side of each rectangle, then roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
