Instructions
- Lightly brush the sourdough slices with olive oil and toast them in a skillet or oven until crisp and golden.
- While still warm, layer Brie cheese slices onto each toast.
- Add thin slices of pear over the Brie, fanning them neatly across the surface.
- Drizzle honey generously over the pears.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for crunch.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a touch of cracked black pepper, if desired.
