- 2 Soft Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened )
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 2 tsp Cinnamon (divided )
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Blend Filling: Blend together the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered Swerve and 1 tsp cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
- Spread Mixture: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of each tortilla.
- Roll Tortillas: Carefully and tightly roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
- Freeze: Place the tortillas into the freezer for 1 hour.
- Slice: Slice the tortillas into spirals.
- Heat Butter: Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté Bites: Saute the cinnamon cream cheese bites in the butter until browned and crispy on the outside.
- Sprinkle Topping: Stir together the granulated Swerve and the remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cinnamon cream cheese bites before serving.
