These Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bites combine creamy, cinnamon-spiced filling wrapped in zero carb tortillas, then pan-fried to golden perfection for a crispy, low-carb treat.

  • 2 Soft Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened )
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon (divided )
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Blend Filling: Blend together the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered Swerve and 1 tsp cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
  2. Spread Mixture: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of each tortilla.
