Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables: Dice the onion, carrots, and celery. Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Heat oil: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté vegetables: Add diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add garlic and herbs: Stir in minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
