Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g silken tofu
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- Sea salt flakes, for topping

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.

In a blender, combine silken tofu, melted chocolate, and honey. Blend until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend again if needed.

Pour the mousse into serving glasses.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top and serve chilled.
