Description

This Healthy Blender Chocolate Mousse is a quick, creamy, and dairy-free dessert made with silken tofu, dark chocolate, and honey. It’s rich, smooth, and surprisingly light—perfect for a healthier treat or elegant snack.


Ingredients

  1. 100 g dark chocolate
  2. 200 g silken tofu
  3. 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  4. Sea salt flakes, for topping

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.

  2. In a blender, combine silken tofu, melted chocolate, and honey. Blend until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend again if needed.

  3. Pour the mousse into serving glasses.

  4. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  5. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top and serve chilled.


Notes

Chilling is essential: The mousse needs at least 1 hour to set properly for the best texture and flavor.

Serving ideas: Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a dollop of dairy-free whipped cream.

Vegan option: Use maple syrup or agave instead of honey.
