Description

Juicy beef sliders with melty cheese, nestled in soft buns brushed with garlic-herb butter and baked until golden. Perfect for entertaining or an easy, fun meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)
  • 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for butter topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into 6 small patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and nearly cooked through.
  4. Slice slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Place patties on the buns, top with cheese slices, and cover with bun tops.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, sesame seeds, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
  7. Bake sliders uncovered for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  8. Serve hot.

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Try different cheeses like pepper jack or Swiss for variety.
  • For extra crunch, add pickles or caramelized onions inside the sliders before baking.
