- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 slider buns (or Hawaiian rolls)
- 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for butter topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into 6 small patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Slice slider buns and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Place patties on the buns, top with cheese slices, and cover with bun tops.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, sesame seeds, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
- Bake sliders uncovered for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Serve hot.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Try different cheeses like pepper jack or Swiss for variety.
- For extra crunch, add pickles or caramelized onions inside the sliders before baking.
