Description

This easy mango mousse is a light, fluffy, and tropical dessert made with just three ingredients! Naturally sweetened with honey and bursting with mango flavor, it’s perfect for summer or any sunny day craving.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled, pitted, and chopped)

  • 2-3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste and mango sweetness)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • Fresh mango slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend mango and honey: In a blender or food processor, puree the mango cubes with honey until smooth.

  2. Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Fold in the mango puree: Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until well combined and airy.

  4. Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Garnish and serve: Top with fresh mango slices or a sprig of mint before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or a pinch of cardamom.

  • Can be made 1 day in advance and kept chilled until ready to serve.

  • Try it layered with crushed biscuits or coconut flakes for a parfait-style dessert
