2 ripe mangoes (peeled, pitted, and chopped)

2-3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste and mango sweetness)

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

Instructions

Blend mango and honey: In a blender or food processor, puree the mango cubes with honey until smooth.

Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the mango puree: Gently fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until well combined and airy.

Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
