Description

Discover the exquisite taste of Dubai Chocolate, an indulgent blend of dark chocolate infused with saffron, rosewater, and crushed pistachios. This luxurious treat combines Middle Eastern elegance with rich, velvety chocolate for a truly unforgettable experience.


Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)

  • 50 ml heavy cream

  • 8-10 saffron threads

  • 30 g crushed pistachios

  • 1 tsp rosewater (optional)


Instructions

  • Infuse the cream: In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the heavy cream. Add the saffron threads and let steep for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rosewater if using.

  • Melt the chocolate: Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth and glossy, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

  • Combine cream and chocolate: Gradually add the saffron-infused cream to the melted chocolate, stirring continuously until fully blended and silky.

  • Shape and garnish: Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined tray. Tap gently to release air bubbles.

  • Add pistachios: Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the top, pressing lightly to ensure they adhere.

  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set. Carefully unmold and serve or package for gifting.


Notes

  • Store chocolates in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 week.

  • Rosewater adds a floral touch, but can be omitted for a purer chocolate experience.
