- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup salted butter (melted)
- 1 6 oz box of stuffing mix
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
- Step 2: Sprinkle over the parsley and onion powder, then dollop in the sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Give it all a good stir so the chicken’s nice and coated.
- Step 3: Scatter the diced onions over the top.
- Step 4: In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and stuffing mix until it’s evenly moistened, then spoon that buttery stuffing right over the chicken mixture.
