Units Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1 6 oz box of stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place the chicken breasts in your crockpot.
  2. Step 2: Sprinkle over the parsley and onion powder, then dollop in the sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Give it all a good stir so the chicken’s nice and coated.
  3. Step 3: Scatter the diced onions over the top.
  4. Step 4: In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and stuffing mix until it’s evenly moistened, then spoon that buttery stuffing right over the chicken mixture.
  5. Step 5: Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the chicken is tender and everything smells amazing. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, and enjoy!
