  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lb. Rigatoni Pasta

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Cook onion: Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
