- 2 small baguettes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the tops off the baguettes lengthwise and hollow out just enough to create a trough.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, parsley, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the hollowed baguettes, spreading evenly.
- Top with sliced ham and lightly press into the filling.
- Brush melted butter over the edges of the bread and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the tops are golden.
- Garnish with extra parsley and slice into portions to serve.

- Try adding sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
