- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, oregano, and garlic powder across the surface. Top with pepperoni slices.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange rolls cut-side up in the prepared pan. Brush tops lightly with olive oil or butter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Can be prepped ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage or veggies for a variation.
