Description

Soft, fluffy dough spiraled with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and zesty pepperoni—baked until golden and irresistibly gooey.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2025 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, oregano, and garlic powder across the surface. Top with pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange rolls cut-side up in the prepared pan. Brush tops lightly with olive oil or butter.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
