- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 small 3.4 oz box of butterscotch instant pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 350 F and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add vanilla and egg: Add vanilla and egg.
- Mix: Mix until well combined.
