- 1 1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
- 1.25 oz fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray or unsalted butter for skillet
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Prepare tortilla: Lay the wheat flour tortilla flat. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one half, leaving a small border at the edge.
- Add blueberries and fold: Sprinkle the fresh blueberries over the cream cheese layer, then fold the other half of the tortilla over to close it.
- Heat skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or unsalted butter.
