Description

Creamy white chocolate domes studded with roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dried berries — a simple yet elegant treat that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 10 oz (280g) high-quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds (roasted, unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method), stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone dome molds or mini muffin liners, filling halfway.
  3. Gently press 1 almond, a few dried berries, and seeds into each cavity.
  4. Top off with a bit more melted chocolate if needed to cover the toppings slightly.
  5. Tap the mold to remove air bubbles and even the surface.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
  7. Unmold and store in an airtight container in a cool place.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy release.
  • Customize toppings with your favorite nuts and dried fruits.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent chocolate from blooming.
  • These make great edible gifts when packaged nicely.
