- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 6–8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the bread toasts, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving. Serve immediately.
