An elegant twist on the classic tiramisu — layers of rose-scented mascarpone cream, delicate ladyfingers, and fresh strawberries, finished with a dusting of strawberry powder and a single berry on top.

- 8 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)
- 1/2 cup strawberry juice or purée
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon strawberry powder (for dusting)
- Fresh strawberries, halved (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar, rose water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into strawberry juice and place into the bottom of serving glasses.
- Add a layer of mascarpone cream, then repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and cream.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, dust with strawberry powder and garnish with a halved fresh strawberry.
Notes
- Do not soak the ladyfingers too long or they may become soggy.
- You can prepare this dessert a day ahead for better flavor and convenience.
- Rose water is potent; adjust to taste if needed.
