- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
- Spread cream cheese generously on the bottom half of each bagel.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion.
- Drape smoked salmon over the top, folding for volume and texture.
- Add capers if using, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the top half of the bagel over the filling and press gently.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use flavored cream cheese like dill or chive for extra depth.
- Swap in baby spinach or mixed greens if preferred.
- Great with a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
