Ingredients

3 tablespoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter

6 eggs

6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Use a narrow glass or biscuit cutter to cut out a hole in the center of each bread slice.

Spread Garlic Butter on both the bread and the cut-out circles.

Arrange the bread slices and cut-outs on a greased sheet pan.

Crack an egg into each hole.
