Quick and easy Sheet Pan Eggs in a Basket made with garlic butter, Parmesan, and fresh chives. A delicious, no-fuss breakfast or brunch recipe ready in under 10 minutes—perfect for busy mornings or feeding a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread

  • 3 tablespoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter

  • 6 eggs

  • 6 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Use a narrow glass or biscuit cutter to cut out a hole in the center of each bread slice.

  • Spread Garlic Butter on both the bread and the cut-out circles.

  • Arrange the bread slices and cut-outs on a greased sheet pan.

  • Crack an egg into each hole.

  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on each slice.

  • Season eggs with salt and pepper.

  • Bake for 3-6 minutes, depending on how runny you want the yolks.

  • Garnish with fresh chopped chives.

  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For firmer yolks, bake closer to 6 minutes.

  • You can swap Parmesan with your favorite cheese.

  • Use day-old bread for extra crispiness.
