Description

Seared Salmon Bites with Garlic Butter Sauce are crispy, golden, and tender salmon cubes finished with a luscious garlic butter cream sauce and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. This elegant yet simple seafood dish is perfect as an appetizer, light lunch, or an impressive addition to any seafood platter!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the salmon cubes with salt and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the salmon cubes and sear on each side for about 2 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, cooking for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

  • Return the salmon bites to the pan and spoon the sauce over them.

  • Garnish with fresh chopped chives before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the salmon to keep it moist and tender inside.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a spicy kick.

  • Serve over rice, quinoa, or salad greens for a complete meal.

  • Best served immediately to maintain the crispy texture.
