Description

Seared Salmon Bites with Creamy Herb Sauce feature juicy, golden-seared salmon cubes topped with a fresh, vibrant Greek yogurt-based herb sauce. This colorful and flavorful seafood dish is ideal for elegant appetizers, light dinners, or vibrant seafood platters!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Season the salmon cubes with salt and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Sear the salmon cubes for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

  • In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.

  • Spoon the creamy herb sauce over the seared salmon bites.

  • Garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Avoid overcooking the salmon for the best juicy, tender texture.

  • Swap Greek yogurt for sour cream if you prefer a richer sauce.

  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce for a subtle kick.

  • Serve with a fresh green salad or rice for a complete light meal.
