- 4 fresh croissants
- 8 slices roasted turkey breast
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
- 1 cup microgreens or arugula
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each croissant in half lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.
- Layer 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of Havarti cheese into each croissant.
- Add a small handful of microgreens for freshness and crunch.
- Place croissants on the baking sheet. Lightly brush tops with melted butter if desired, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, just until cheese begins to melt and croissants are lightly crisped.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey just before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Substitute Havarti with Swiss or provolone for a different flavor.
- Use arugula for a peppery bite if microgreens are unavailable.
- These can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
- Optional: Add a thin spread of Dijon mustard inside for added tang.
