- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, almond flour, chia seeds, sesame seeds (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl, then add to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop small portions of dough (about 1 tbsp each), roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball gently into a round cracker shape with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
- Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over each cracker.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up before serving.
