- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut into 2.5-inch squares. Gently press each square into the muffin tin to form a cup.
- Whisk the egg and water together to create an egg wash. Brush the edges of the pastry with the mixture.
- Place a small piece of Brie into each pastry cup.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with honey (if using), salt, and pepper. Spoon over the Brie.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then top each tartlet with a small rosemary sprig before serving.

- Make ahead and reheat in the oven before serving.
