Description

Golden puff pastry tartlets filled with creamy Brie, topped with sweet-tart cranberries and a fragrant rosemary sprig—perfect for festive entertaining or elegant appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut into 2.5-inch squares. Gently press each square into the muffin tin to form a cup.
  3. Whisk the egg and water together to create an egg wash. Brush the edges of the pastry with the mixture.
  4. Place a small piece of Brie into each pastry cup.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with honey (if using), salt, and pepper. Spoon over the Brie.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly, then top each tartlet with a small rosemary sprig before serving.
