Description

Decadent layers of fudgy chocolate brownie crumbles, tart raspberry compote, and creamy vanilla yogurt come together in a refreshing, indulgent parfait that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a midday treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir occasionally and cook for 6–8 minutes until the raspberries break down into a compote. Let cool.
  2. In a glass or jar, begin layering: start with a spoonful of yogurt, followed by raspberry compote, then crumbled brownie pieces.
  3. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a generous topping of brownie crumbles.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a light drizzle of syrup if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Homemade brownies will add a richer flavor, but store-bought works well too.
  • You can substitute other berries if raspberries aren’t available.
