Scale
- 1 cup chocolate brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir occasionally and cook for 6–8 minutes until the raspberries break down into a compote. Let cool.
- In a glass or jar, begin layering: start with a spoonful of yogurt, followed by raspberry compote, then crumbled brownie pieces.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a generous topping of brownie crumbles.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a light drizzle of syrup if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker, creamier texture.
- Homemade brownies will add a richer flavor, but store-bought works well too.
- You can substitute other berries if raspberries aren’t available.
