- 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook potstickers: In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add potstickers and sear until crispy on the bottom. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté veggies: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, cabbage, and carrots for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Combine noodles and sauce: Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until coated and heated through.
