  • 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
