Description

This refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie blends tropical flavors of coconut milk and frozen pineapple into a creamy, icy treat. It’s naturally sweet, easy to make, and perfect for sunny days. Garnish with fresh pineapple, whipped cream, or cherries for a fun, beachy vibe—no rum required!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (stirred)

  • 2 to 3 cups frozen pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon granulated or coconut sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup ice

Optional for serving:

  • Fresh pineapple slices

  • Whipped cream

  • Maraschino cherries


Instructions

  • In a blender, combine ¾ cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2–3 cups frozen pineapple, and 1 cup of ice.

  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  • Adjust consistency by adding more coconut milk or frozen pineapple if needed.
