- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 6 oz goat cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped candied walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool.
- In a bowl, whip goat cheese and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped goat cheese mixture on each toasted crostini.
- Layer 2–3 slices of pear over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with candied walnuts and drizzle lightly with honey.
- Finish each crostini with a tiny pinch of black pepper and a sprig of rosemary.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

- Use firm but ripe pears for best texture and flavor.
