Description

Wholesome and playful pancake skewers featuring peanut butter rolls, bananas, and strawberries—ideal for breakfast, brunch platters, or kid-approved snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 large pancakes or crepes
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 68 fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 4 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly over the pancakes.
  2. Roll each pancake tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch spirals.
  3. Alternate threading pancake spirals, banana slices, and strawberry halves onto each skewer.
  4. Repeat until skewers are full.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate briefly before serving for a cool, refreshing bite.
