  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley)
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions
