- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, torn
- 6 slices prosciutto

- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top each with mozzarella and caramelized onions.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Meanwhile, toss arugula with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Remove flatbreads from oven. Top with slices of prosciutto and dressed arugula.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately while warm.
