Description

Bite-sized grilled sliders layered with melty mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, and marinara sauce, perfect for game day snacks or party platters.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini slider buns or baguette rounds
  • 1 cup shredded or sliced mozzarella
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh oregano or parsley for garnish
  • Dipping sauce (optional: ranch or garlic aioli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or panini press to medium heat.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a thin layer of marinara on the bottom halves.
  3. Add 2 slices of pepperoni and a layer of mozzarella to each.
  4. Top with the other bun halves and brush lightly with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Grill sandwiches for 2–3 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs and your favorite dipping sauce.
