- 12 slices deli-style ham (thinly sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if you prefer warmed sandwiches.
- Carefully slice each mini croissant horizontally, keeping one edge intact like a hinge.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese into each croissant. Fold or trim as needed to fit.
- If desired, lightly spread mustard on the inside before filling.
- Arrange croissants in a baking dish or tray. Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes just until the cheese begins to melt and the croissants are warm.
- Serve immediately, or enjoy at room temperature for parties and brunch.
Notes
