Instructions
- Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped chives until well blended.
- Spread a generous layer of chive cream cheese onto the bottom half of each bagel.
- Top with a fold or two of smoked salmon.
- Add a light zest of lemon or sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
- Cover with the top half of the bagel and press gently.
