Description

Mini sesame bagels filled with chive cream cheese and smoked salmon, offering classic flavors in a delightful bite-sized form ideal for brunch or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • Optional: lemon zest, black pepper for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped chives until well blended.
  3. Spread a generous layer of chive cream cheese onto the bottom half of each bagel.
  4. Top with a fold or two of smoked salmon.
  5. Add a light zest of lemon or sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
  6. Cover with the top half of the bagel and press gently.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter or cake stand and serve chilled or at room temperature.
