Description

Smooth milk chocolate discs topped with roasted pecans, vibrant green pistachios, and tangy dried cranberries—a simple yet luxurious treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 oz milk chocolate, chopped (preferably couverture or high-quality)
  • 1/4 cup whole roasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
  3. Spoon circles of melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet, about 2 inches wide and evenly spaced.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, gently press a few pecans, pistachios, and cranberries into each disc.
  5. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  6. Carefully peel the discs off the parchment and store in an airtight container at cool room temperature.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and texture.
  • For added elegance, sprinkle with sea salt or edible glitter before setting.
  • Great for gifting—package in small boxes or cellophane bags.
