- 12 oz milk chocolate, chopped (preferably couverture or high-quality)
- 1/4 cup whole roasted pecans
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Melt milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth.
- Spoon circles of melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet, about 2 inches wide and evenly spaced.
- While the chocolate is still wet, gently press a few pecans, pistachios, and cranberries into each disc.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Carefully peel the discs off the parchment and store in an airtight container at cool room temperature.
