- 4 cups ripe cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained
- 1 cup mixed olives (green and Kalamata), pitted
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers, rinsed

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the halved tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and mixed olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, basil, parsley, and capers until well blended.
