- 4 cups frozen or fresh thick-cut fries
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp sumac (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp water (to thin)

Instructions
- Bake or fry the fries according to package directions until golden and crispy. Season lightly with salt.
- While the fries cook, prepare the garlic tahini sauce by whisking together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, water, and salt until creamy.
- Once the fries are ready, place them into a serving tray or basket.
- Top immediately with cucumber, red onion, tomato, crumbled feta, parsley, oregano, and sumac (if using).
- Drizzle generously with tahini garlic sauce.
