- 1 1/4 pounds Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped )
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped )
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped )
- Salt and Pepper (to taste )
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 ounces Green Salad Mix (for serving )
- Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing (To Drizzle on Top )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Do not over mix. Gently combine the ingredients until everything is evenly combined.
- Form patties: Using your hands, form 6 patties. Set aside for now.
- Heat olive oil: Begin to heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Once hot, add patties to your skillet (depending on size of skillet, you may have to work in batches).
- Cook patties on stovetop: Cook patties for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned. (Because the feta makes these patties moist and tender, be gentle when flipping so they do not fall apart.)
- Finish cooking in oven: Place the skillet in your oven and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through- internal temp of 165 degrees F. (If you do not have a large enough skillet for all your patties, you can place them on a baking sheet).
- Rest patties: Once the patties are finished cooking, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve: Serve with green salad mix and a drizzle of Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing.
