Ingredients

6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

3 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

3 slices cheddar cheese

1 avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

Slice each hard-boiled egg in half horizontally.

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.

On the bottom half of each egg, layer a piece of cheddar cheese, a half slice of crispy bacon, and a spoonful of mashed avocado.

Place the other half of the egg on top to complete the slider.
