Description

Keto Egg Sliders are the ultimate low-carb snack, using hard-boiled eggs as “buns” stacked with crispy bacon, creamy avocado mash, and sharp cheddar cheese. High in protein and full of flavor, these bite-sized sliders are perfect for keto diets, party platters, or easy meal prepping!


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

  • 3 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

  • 3 slices cheddar cheese

  • 1 avocado, mashed

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Toothpicks for assembly


Instructions

  • Slice each hard-boiled egg in half horizontally.

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • On the bottom half of each egg, layer a piece of cheddar cheese, a half slice of crispy bacon, and a spoonful of mashed avocado.

  • Place the other half of the egg on top to complete the slider.

  • Secure each slider with a toothpick through the center.

  • Sprinkle with a little extra black pepper if desired and serve immediately.
