Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Pan: Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch bread loaf pan and set aside.
- Melt Ice Cream: Stir the ice cream until mostly melted and smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour. Do not overmix.
- Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pan.
