- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let cool.
- Arrange toasted crostini in a circular wreath pattern on a large round wooden platter or serving board.
- Top each slice with a piece of mozzarella.
- Spoon halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped basil, then drizzle balsamic glaze over the entire wreath.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and finish with a light dusting of Parmesan.
- Garnish the center with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
