Description

A creamy, high-protein take on classic chicken parmesan transformed into a comforting rotini pasta dish, perfect for cozy nights or lunchboxes.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 150g rotini pasta
  • 200g cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat marinara with chicken. Warm the marinara sauce and cooked chicken together until heated through. Add this mixture to the cooked pasta.
