Instructions
- Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness, placing a slice of cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Brush pineapple rings with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and lightly charred.
- Toast burger buns on the grill or skillet if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom buns, topping with a grilled pineapple ring, and drizzling with teriyaki sauce. Cover with the top bun.
