- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to preheat as well.
- On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with chopped grilled chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
- Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- For crispier bacon, cook until very browned before topping the pizza.
- Add sliced red onions or chopped tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
