Description

A crispy, golden pizza topped with creamy ranch, grilled chicken, smoky bacon, and melted mozzarella—finished with herbs for a bold, crowd-pleasing twist on classic comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to preheat as well.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Top with chopped grilled chicken and crumbled bacon.
  6. Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
  7. Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone or baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
  • For crispier bacon, cook until very browned before topping the pizza.
  • Add sliced red onions or chopped tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
