  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose baking flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
