- 1/4 cup cold water (as needed for blending)
- 2 mini watermelons, halved and scooped out
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Lime slices, for garnish
- Paper straws or spoons, for serving
Instructions
- Place frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey/agave (if using) into a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding cold water a little at a time until desired slush consistency is reached.
- Scoop the watermelon slush into the hollowed-out mini watermelon halves.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a lime slice.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for a chilled summer delight.
