- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Au Jus
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for au jus)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (for au jus)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble roll ups: Lay tortillas flat; fill each with sliced roast beef and cheese down the center.
- Roll tortillas: Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Prepare for baking: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Make au jus: Meanwhile, prepare the au jus by simmering broth with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 5–7 minutes.
- Serve: Slice roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with au jus.
